It could not have gone smoother. Chris, our installer from Lehigh Valley, was fantastic. He was friendly, prompt, and gave clear instructions on operating the system. The installation was done professionally, and he even cleaned up the work area afterward.

Today LVWS installed a water softener system at my home. I want to start off by stating that I am totally pleased with the process from inquiring into LVWS to installation. I recommend them strongly. The owner, Ben, was willing to spend time with me explaining their system and installation and warranty. Told me that I could call him anytime if I had any questions. Mike and Tyler came to my home to install the system. The two gentlemen were very professional and respectful. He was thorough in his explanation of what work would be done and the cost. The techs arrived just after 12 (our window was 12-3) and they completed installing our water softener system and a reverse osmosis drinking water system in under two hours. I could not believe they were done that fast. It’s been a few days now and we have already noticed a difference in how our water feels when we shower and we love our new drinking water system. With the rising cost of bottled water, the drinking water system will pay for itself quickly. You also can’t put a price on clean drinking water. We bought our Allentown home 2 years ago and the water softener system in the basement came broken, bypassed, and old. Our water is extremely hard, so we knew replacing this system was a priority both for our pipes and our bodies. We finally took the time to meet with various professionals and get water softener options/quotes. Barry stood out immediately from everyone else in his experience, his honesty, and his genuine concern for our safety. He felt more like family than someone rattling off a sales pitch; we immediately felt comfortable with him. After doing our own research on all of the recommended treatment systems, we chose to go with Barry because of both the water softener he installs and because of his experience. He installed our new system less than a week later, in under 2 hours, and even straightened out some of the messy pipe work from the old softener in order to streamline everything. He listened to our concerns and even gave us new homeowners some tips about our water, replacing our water main filter, and offered to answer any questions/concerns we might have in the future. We can’t recommend Barry enough- don’t waste your time elsewhere, support local! We figured it’d take a few days to notice a difference in our water, but from the first shower, our water was heavenly soft!
